We generally do not take on projects that are limited to:

• Kitchen remodels without structural changes

• Bathroom remodels

• Finish or cosmetic renovations

• Decks, patios, or simple exterior improvements

• Minor interior updates that do not require architectural plans

If your project is primarily cosmetic, a qualified contractor or interior designer is often the most appropriate resource.

Most of our residential and commercial projects have construction budgets of $200,000 or more. This allows us to provide the level of design, planning, and project coordination that larger renovations and new construction require.
