Is my baby or toddler too old for gentle sleep training?It is truly never too late to start getting better sleep for yourself and your little bee! If you have known you wanted to gently sleep train since you were pregnant, I recommend getting started right at 3 months old when your baby’s sleep habits are just beginning to form. If you missed that timing, no worries at all, your baby can always adapt and become a better sleeper! Some other wonderful ages to gently sleep train are during any nap drops/schedule changes which usually happen around 4 months old, 5 months old, 6 months old, 9 months old, 12 months old, and 24 months old. Even though those times are ideal, you can get started with my baby class at any point between 3 months old and 12 months old. If your little bee is over 12 months old, you will want to purchase the toddler class.

Should I take your baby course before or after my baby is born?I recommend that you start with my FREE Newborn Guide if you are pregnant or recently gave birth because the sleep advice for newborns is very different than for babies and I don’t want you to get confused by taking the baby class too early. Once your baby is closer to 3 months old, you can take the baby class so that you are as prepared as possible. Look out for a hidden coupon code for the baby class within my Newborn Guide!

What is your refund policy on classes?At The Happy Hive, our classes are thoughtfully created to give you practical tools for better baby sleep—so your whole family can flourish. If you find that a class isn’t the right fit for your family (for any reason at all), we’re happy to offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, simply email our support team at support@hhsleep.com with your order number and refund request within that 30-day window. We kindly ask that you send your request directly from your email account (instead of the contact form) so you’ll have a record of your message. Please note: refund requests submitted via Instagram, Facebook, or other platforms won’t be processed—email is the only accepted method. After 30 days, all class purchases become non-refundable, even if the class wasn’t accessed or completed.

I purchased the wrong class or guide, can I get a refund or exchange it?Please email support@hhsleep.com with your order number within 30 days of purchase and let a team member know which class or guide you would like instead.

I accidentally purchased the same class, guide, or service twice.Please email support@hhsleep.com with your order numbers and we will refund you for the duplicate purchase right away.

What is your refund policy on personalized services?15 and 30 minute consultations can be rescheduled or canceled free of charge with at least 24 hours notice by emailing support@hhsleep.com. Any of our sleep packages can be refunded prior to your intake consultation meeting by emailing support@hhsleep.com. If you have already had your initial meeting and decide not to move forward, you will be partially refunded as our time is valuable. The exact amount of the refund will depend upon whether or not your sleep plan has already been written and after the support period has been completed, there are no refunds as success with gentle sleep training depends on many factors including: health/sickness, a parent’s level of commitment, temperament, and more.

Will I have lifetime access to my purchases?Yes, you will have lifetime access to any courses or guides using your login information!

How do I login to my classes?All classes are hosted through the Kajabi platform and customer login information is not accessible by us. Please head to the confirmation email you received when you originally purchased a class, click on the class, and then click “forgot username” or “forgot password” to change your login credentials.

Can I take the course on my phone?Yes, a mobile version of the course is available through the Kajabi app using your login credentials.

I haven’t received a response to my email. What should I do next?Our team does our best to respond within 24–48 hours. If you haven’t heard from us yet, please check your spam or promotions folder—occasionally our reply gets filtered. If you used our contact form and still haven’t seen a response, try sending us a message directly from your email account to support@hhsleep.com. Sometimes a small typo can prevent our reply from reaching you, and sending a direct email usually clears that up!

Can I give a sleep class or package as a gift?Yes, simply fill in the name and email fields with your recipient's information and they will receive the confirmation email that will allow them to set up their login.
