Experience coffee in a whole new way with Alkemy Coffee Co.’s hands-on roasting class led by our roaster, Donny Hardy.

In this small-group experience, Donny will guide you through the coffee roasting process from green coffee to finished roast. You’ll learn what happens inside the roaster, how time and temperature shape flavor, and what makes each roast profile unique. Guests will participate in the process and roast their own bag of coffee to take home and enjoy.
