GREENWICH POINT HOUSE 

Originally built in the 1980s, this contemporary home deserved to be celebrated, not reinvented. The vision for this renovation was to restore and enhance the home's distinctive architectural character while thoughtfully updating it for modern living. Signature features—including the dramatic rooflines and original skylights—were highlighted in new ways, bringing natural light and architectural interest back to the forefront. A striking new exterior with black siding and warm cedar accents gave the home a fresh identity while remaining true to its contemporary roots. The finished design is a modern interpretation of the original vision, proving that great architecture only gets better when it's thoughtfully revived.
