This residential renovation reimagines the primary suite by enclosing an existing roof deck to create expanded, light-filled living space without increasing the home's footprint. Woodworks Architects is leading the transformation of the historic Warren Green building in the heart of downtown Warrenton, restoring its original purpose as a boutique hotel after decades of use as county offices. The project will reintroduce an upscale hospitality destination featuring more than 25 thoughtfully designed guest rooms and a full-service restaurant, bringing new energy to Main Street.
